    How often to refeed at 15% - 20% bodyfat?

    I am about 19% bodyfat now and I'm wondering how often I should be refeeding. It's gonna be two weeks since I dropped my cals down to 1700 (between a 500 - 750 deficit I'm not sure) on wednesday, and I do cardio 6x a week and lift 3x a week. I don't feel tired or flat at all I'm just wondering because I don't want to stall. Do I just wait until I stall since I'm still pretty fat? I'm also going low carb, not really for the weight loss myth (I don't know what to believe), but for the satiety and the energy I get from high fats. I get 50g - 100g a day of carbs.

    You really don't need one. Not at that BF level. It'll just set you back several days depending how much you eat.

    This, I would wait until sub 15% at the very least before doing one, once per week.

    When you get to your low BF levels and the carbs get low, a refeed is a planned carb up more than anything. Refilling glycogen actually and not really affecting fatloss unless you go crazy
