I am about 19% bodyfat now and I'm wondering how often I should be refeeding. It's gonna be two weeks since I dropped my cals down to 1700 (between a 500 - 750 deficit I'm not sure) on wednesday, and I do cardio 6x a week and lift 3x a week. I don't feel tired or flat at all I'm just wondering because I don't want to stall. Do I just wait until I stall since I'm still pretty fat? I'm also going low carb, not really for the weight loss myth (I don't know what to believe), but for the satiety and the energy I get from high fats. I get 50g - 100g a day of carbs.
