I'm trying to learn about sport training and how a sport specific workout should be structured.
Critique and suggest me what else can I do to improve it.
The Main emphasize in this program is muscluar endurance and explosiveness.

Looked at the program you designed, and I'm gonna say go find a tested and proven workout plan for athletes. It will be 100xs better than the one you designed. No offense meant by it, but professional strength and conditioning coaches have been doing this like way longer than you and I combined. They know way more than us. No reason to not take their ideas. You can add your own if you like too.
