    Secret to huge biceps ;)

Was performing bottom cable flys for a pec burn and the only thing that got a burn were my biceps. You're welcome for the tip.

P.S. What the hell did I do wrong?

    Thanks.

You didn't keep your arms locked. Thus incorporating to much bicep assistance. And probably to much weight being used. Start light till you get the hang of the move.
2012 was a year of on and off training due to miss-hap's. I had broken ribs, pulled something under my shoulder blade. Then had a total hip replacement. Got soft around the edges. Now time for a comeback. 1st year in. So far things are going great!!
April 11th 2014 double bypass surgery. So another set back grrrrrr.

Thanks! I thought they were locked. Don't ya think that maybe the locked position causes tension/flex in the bi?

You need to play with scapula placement and elbow height / angle to find the sweet spot for hitting your pecs right. Once you find it, wow, best pump ever.

Figurative speech for wanting to hit the pecs in a direct manner.

I did do biceps two days ago, so may have run into fatigue issues with my bis flexed on this exercise.
