AEN Intrabolic is a really good choice, the profile is bad ass. I've tried the watermelon and mojito flavors and both are excellent.

Omega Sports Strive is another good choice, albeit an expensive one. The green apple flavor is awesome.

Science in this area doesn't really change. The things we know. You need at least 3g of leucine to illicit any sort of response. If a product is giving you less than this amount, ask why. There is no research I'm aware of using any variation of bcaa's outside of 2:1:1. If a product is using 4:1 8:1 10:1 or any variant, ask why. Especially given Leucine needs the other two amino's in half the amount to be metabolized. How many servings does the product have and is a serving a real serving. If a product is only providing 4g of bcaa's (meaning 2g of leucine, below the threshold needed) per serving, how many servings do you have to take in order to get an efficacious dose. If you find a profile you like, does that product offer you other options to save money, such as larger sizes? Don't be fooled by a 80 serving product that has less than the needed dose of bcaa's.

I'm obviously bias to Xtend. We have 9 flavors, 30 serving, 90 serving, stick packs and 5 servings. It's not prop blended. There are a lot of choices out there. I like to believe we've been at the top for a decade now for a reason.

I wouldn't add additional bcaa's if glutamine was taken out. I may look to make a small adjustment to xtend 3rd quarter, but nothing to the bcaa level

Nah and I can't stress enough, it wouldn't be anything major. The last time we made an adjustment, it was fun to watch other start adding electrolytes to their formulas lol.
