Natural test boosters will not help you, they have minimal effect on anything but libido and sleep. In fact, all of them are a waste for any other reason than the two I just stated.

What is your dietary fat intake like? Saturated fat intake? You can try some Na Daa for a slight boost, but don't let your expectations be higher than they should.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

Obviously if this is that big of an issue, you could probably get a solution from a doctor in some form.
If you don't want to go that way though you could definitely check out the stellar reviews on ErgoTestPicking things up and putting them down since '09

I think it's in my head since the dr gave me my results..but I doubt it's considerable as I've put on a lot of muscle over the last 5-6mnths not sure that's possible with low Test..my training partner was busting my balls about it after my workout this evening...maybe the P6 was working.. But man P6 black was killing my libido wander if I should just stack it with straight tribulus..thanks to my buddy for pullin out his phone and showing me those progress pics...could be I'm just puttin in some good work and that's why I'm beat

It's possible to make gains with low t from what I understand. It's also possible that you're placebo-ing the libido and motivation thing into existence of this is something that essentially occurred after you found out your test results.
Also could definitely be fatigue if you have been busting arse harder than usual lately for a prolonged period.Completed Logs & Reviews:

Also wandering about estregon blockers and wether you should use them even if your estregon levels aren't above normal

I'm going to the DR Monday to have my blood work done again...I've read and heard that P6 black can raise your estregon which would lower your libdo I would think right?? Anyway one way or another I will have answers to post then 1. To see if my estregon levels are up
2. To if my test is possibly normal since I have lost weight, changed my diet and ran the P6 black/red cycle...

There's a general rule in medicine: everyone complains of fatigue (with exceptions of course like hyperthyroidism and mania). If doctors just assumed it was low T every time, we'd have a lot of unnecessary prescriptions. It's often best to correct lifestyle habits, and if that fails and no underlying cause is identified, it may be best to accept that you, like most of the population, wishes they had more energy. Work within your means

So much mis information in here. the guy is 39 years old with Low T issues. Yes there are some OTC boosters that will work and raise your blood levels. They will not remain elevated after you cease the product but it will work while taking.
If you have a legit issue or an underlying issue then OTC boosters are nothing more than a band aid on the problem. I 've been under the care of an endo for almost 5 years. Products like Free test by appnut ergotest by ergogenix and triazole where the only products I took that would raise my levels, after coming off and going back into for check ups I'd be back to my levels prior to taking
so all the waste of time never work wont do anything is a falicy. They are a temporary fix to a possible underlying solution that needs to be checked
Could be old age, thyroid, various hormone levels etc. You need to have a full panel done and get checked
