    is 4 plate bench possible natty ? 1RM

    never heard of it or seen it so if anyone knows of anyone that has done it pls aware me

    Goal before im 18 (in June) is
    4 plate bench
    5 plate squat and deadlift which im pretty certain I can get soon

    yeah am currently at 14%, I know if I wanna hit 4 plates on the bench by june ill have to get fat But ill more likely be more successful in powerlifting than bodybuilding anyway, only genetics I have for bodybuilding is size and decent structure but lack symmetry, insertions etc

    My lifting partner can 1RM 145kg, natty @ 21yrs old.

    And hes not the most dedicated to his diet/training and we're both at uni so go out a lot and drink. If he did focus properly, I reckon he could rep out 4 plates.

    If you have issues breaking a few reps on 225 you're not going to see 405 any time soon, however if you're supposedly 17 with a 330x4 it's safe to assume 405 will be very possible given a bit more time. Hell 330x4 should be about a 3801rm surely.

    Yes I 405 16 years ago and natty but it was short lived (got injured a few weeks later and never been the same since). Cannot do anymore but 3 plates still @41 and natty.
