when do you take Alpha Amino? as pre workout, as a pre workout while fasted or intra workout?

dosing for alpha amino:
Pre-workout fasted = most ideal (AA's are instantly absorbed and Hydration Complex + Nitrates are in your system prior to a workout)
between meals spaced 4-6 hours apart = next ideal (Taken as a bolus as in a single sitting not sipped)
intra-workout = least ideal (I would still dose 1 scoop pre/intra if dosed as fasted pre-workout)
Now --- Intra workout is ok in a fed state but again not really ideal, there is pre-workout food being digested still and also some amines present from the pre-wrokout meal or pre-workout dosing, this is optional. But if you are only dosing 1 scoop intra-workout in a fed state try to time it between a meal
For example
Meal - 12 noon
Alpha amino dose - 2-2:30
Workout
Meal - 4:30-6
post-workout = no point due to most using it intra-workout (aminos still present in bloodstream) or a pre-workout meal still digesting) so therefore it is just extra amino overlap, and there are constant elevation of protein enzymes which never reach refractory stage before being spiked again.

Yeah that's the optimal way to take it TT. Taking it preworkout gets the BCAAs initially into your system as well as the leucine nitrates. Then during will continue to feed your body as well as keep giving it that hydrating complex. It's real good stuff IMO I can link you to my review if you're interested

Just got back from my first fasted morning workout. Dosed it at 1 scoop with my pre workout and 1 scoop intra. Stuff is amazing and I really saw Alpha Amino's full potential taking it this way. I think I am going to start taking it this way every Friday since I am off and I can just wake up and head to the gym.
