Monday
Had a 3 hour verbal reasoning lecture with a bunch of passages
5:00 - Took 1 serving
5:20 - Ate Dinner
6:30-7 Was a bit drowsy. I'm going to start cutting soon so eating smaller meals should make me less drowsy during class
7-9 Was well focused and barely tired from reading passage after passage. I'm pretty sure I would have lost focus much quicker without MindSet.

This might be a random observation but do you mind benching in a gym with high ceilings? It's like playing basketball in a large arena - your depth perception is off.
This probably doesn't bother anyone else.
Either way - looking solid. As J Rod said - some form adjustment and you'll be killing it.Team HALEO

Sunday
Took 1 serving which got me motivated to research my topic and start my 10 page paper. I was still kind of tired from not sleeping much so I didn't get as much done as I wanted, but it's a start.
PS. Anyone have any input on mindset and public speaking/presenting? I have a presentation on Friday***COUNTRYMIKE APPRECIATION CREW***

Public speaking seems like the ideal situation for confidence, clarity and concentration

Whew! My presentation went pretty well I think. I was planning on taking a serving in the morning but I forgot to while rushing out the door lol. O well, I think Mindset helped me research my topic and get through my 10 page paper. That was the LONGEST paper i've ever written. Glad thats over with
