    Supersetting Question

Is it typical to do more than one superset for the same muscle? For example, is it typical to superset bicep curls with barbell curls, rest briefly, and then do more sets?

Nah. If you're supersetting, make the two exercises focus on different muscles or else all you're doing is giving less rest time. Unless, of course, that is your goal, I'd avoid that.
