    Fasted cardio

    I was looking to lose some weight at little fast my diet is pretty solid and routine

    Anyone have Expirence with fasted cardio an opinions on how it worked for them

    I'd be doing 15-30 minutes inclined walking on a treadmill 3 days week

    From what I understand, all that matters is calories in, calories out. Just being on a deficit is what matter. But who knows I may be wrong.

    You should try doing HIIT (High intensity interval training), i've been doing that fasted and ive been burning fat like crazy. You should allow 2-3days between each session just as a precaution.

    theres no such thing as a different form of calorie. its just calories in vs. calories out.

    I prefer LISS for when I'm fasted, every day, in the morning before breakfast, I'll do 1 hour of step master. I more or less kept 90%+ lbm while shedding 5% bodyfat over a course of about 9 weeks.
    I only know 2 G's; Gallant & Gracious.
