    Bf% estimate please!

    Been losing weight for past 7 months and i'm starting to worry im loosing too much muscle/looking too small. Just wondering my bf% to have an idea on how close I am to my original goal (abs). Cheers and thank you

    that is a ****ty picture but I'd say like 15. You probably don't even have the abdominal muscle to show even when you cut. Bulk for just two months and hit abs along with everything else and then cut some more.
