not actually true!
Soluble fiber is desirable, but still not necessary, because gut bacteria digest it into MCTs allowing you to more adequately take advantage of the nutrients in fruits ect.
Insoluble fiber simply adds bulk and can be harmful.

I dunno, not constipated. But I only have maybe 1 movement every other day. On my carb up/Carb Nite I tend to make several movements that day.
