the Equiblock DT or topical formula is .025% capsaicin. The Walgreens roll on is .15%. The equitight is a lot less but includes some menthol. The Tiger Balm Ultra is a higher concentration of menthol and includes camphor and then combine that with the walgreens roll on is a perfect combo. Nothing on EFS is comparable to either of those two.

Cryoderm - I prefer the ingredients compared to Biofreeze, and like that there's no methyl salicylate
CBD hemp oil - cannabidiol, which is mostly responsible for pot's more healing qualities
Fantastic for inflammation and pain. The CBD is kind of expensive, but it's the only thing allowing me to press with a minimal amount of painhttps://forum.bodybuilding.com/search.php?searchid=2602291961

I absolutely love the Equi Block. It works wonders for me. I have used Tiger Balm and those hot/ cold ones sold by elite fts. Equi wins for sure for me, takes a little longer to get started thought so I make sure its on while im stretching so that by my top sets its full fire

I think I have tried just about everything out there. By far my favorite is Tiger Balm. Only drawback is that it does smell. Not that the smell bothers me, problem is that is goes right through your clothes. So my recliner and couch have a nice Tiger Balm smell to them.

biofreeze feels nice and cool on the surface but does nothing at all for me deep down in the muscles or joints where I need it.

maybe when you put some capsaicin, you don't massage it well into your skin. I can't remember if warm water opens your poors... but your skin may finally absorb from pores opening up rubbing it in from the scrubbing you do while showering.
I have 0.025 solution (cream) and I use gloves to massage the solution till its gone. The walgreens (stronger) solution is liquid... I didn't need to massage it, to feel it.Training Journal:

Related, but off topic. I recently started using those voodoo floss bands on my elbow area where my tendinitis acts up. It has been working like wonders. I heare it helps a lot on the hips and shoulders too. I highly recommend for those using these creams for tendinitis related issues.
