So ive been wanting to step on stage for about 3+ years now but never had the dedication to diet correctly, well committed to myself and i've finally dialed everything in and have hired the right prep coach. I went from Stage day last year to this year to get myself mentally ready for this. Put on some decent size during the off season and thank god my wife has been supportive.
Im open to any information that you've found helpful in the past when competing.
Prep/tanning/training/supps etc.

for me a huge thing is preparing your mentality for dieting.. last year was my first year and man was it rough at some points
but this year i know what to expect and i hope i can handle my grumpiness alot better.
also im sure u can pay for a ta nat your show for around a 100 bucks and honestly i would spend the money and do it because u can get touched up at any point..
and when u get that tan on u feel and look soo much better

I was Training with Matt Jansen and Team Inov8 but I can't afford prep for both my wife and I year round with them. I have a decent understanding of nutrition and training because of my degree in sports medicine but I do miss the accountability part. I live in vinings your in Marietta maybe we should chat.
That is all I was looking for general information. Outside of speaking with friends and learning my body etc I figured it would be good to just get general advice.Owner of some cool companies.
