I was wondering which of these 4 you guys would recommend for both proats and shakes in terms of quality+taste.

Probably XT due to the texture more than anything else. Not my favourite protein though. I rank PROnom ahead of it.

ProNom chocolate is pretty tasteful, though I've had better. The vanilla on the other hand is disgusting imo.

I almost exclusively eat my protein in proats. Pronom is terrible for this purpose turns oats to a liquidy soup.
XT and MPharm would be good.. Some of my favourites have been:
Betancourt big blend - white chocolate
Beverly UMP - CnC
PES Select - Snickerdoodle
Dymatize Casein - Cinnabun
XF UP 2.0 - Anything~ Computer Science Crew
~ Irish Crew
~ Addicted to caffeine & need immediate help crew

Pronom for sure. I have only had the chocolate, but have the Vanilla in my stash, just have not used it yet. I hate chocolate, but Pronom is actually very good despite my hate for chocolate. I have heard Vanilla is better.
