    Stretch Marks

    Whether you're bulking, or cutting, most of us are served these marks of progress. What helped you fade them away?

    Some say to invest in a dermaroller (I honestly have no idea what that is) and others say simple cocoa butter will do the trick.

    What worked for you?

    A few days ago someone said that 'bio-oil' worked for them but many people here will say that many of these products don't really work. If you have the funds, try out the more well-known brands and hopefully they will work.

    Only thing I've tried is a couple different brands of cocoa butter but they don't seem to do anything for me. I just bought a bottle of Bio Oil as Goku said above but haven't received it yet so not sure if it will work or not. Reviews seem to go both ways. It was only $12 on amazon though so can't hurt to try it.

    they are scars... u cant eliminate them just reduce their appearance. regular exfoliating, proper macros/micros, time, and applying lotion daily are the only things outside surgery/laser treatments.
    mine got much better during my first year cut. they are still there but not near as noticable.
