Need a solid test booster. Any suggestions?

I noticed when I turned 40, my energy levels and desire to weight train has dropped a lot!!!


Are there any really good test boosters that actually are real test boosters and give you that energy like when we were younger?

I've heard guys at the gym and friends all say test boosting pills/powders are a waste of money so have to agree with the 2 guys before me. Study up on your diet and look for extra energy in foods. The desire comes from the heart.

there are many boosters that will make wood and hurt your testes. But motivation for gym kind of feeds itself, avalanch-like process, the more you work out the more motivated you are.

The science on these "boosters" is weak at best. The improvements they make, if any at all, are minimal. Don't waste your money. Consider testosterone testing and replacement if you are really concerned.

Seriously, eat more red meat, cut out the booze and smokes (if you do drink and smoke/toke/whatever) and get more rest. Have more sex with your wife--seriously, that will boost your T levels. Eat a varied diet, don't do too many sets or overtrain and your T levels will rise. Not to humongous levels, but they will go up a little.

I doubt than any test booster does much good. I've certainly tried my share. They might do a little good but most men expect more than a little boost. If diet and exercise don't boost testosterone then you might need a doctors prescription.

Seriously, all the T-boosters will just make your wallet lighter and the companies richer. The only thing that made me feel 'better' downstairs was taking a zinc supplement. It gave me a nice little 'kick' and boosted my libido, but did it help me build more muscle? No. Then I discovered that by altering my diet and including oysters--yeah, really!--that gave me even more of a kick so I stopped the supplementing and went back to natural food. I should also add that I had a blood test and found that I was deficient in zinc to begin with. You may be as well, OP. Something to think about.
