I am almost certain I have loose skin. I am 17, and lost around 75 lbs over the span of 7 months. what are the chances of the skin tightening itself? I am extremely annoyed, because the machine at my gym says I'm around 12% BF meanwhile I still look like I'm 20...

thats alot of weight to lose that fast. Thats why lifting weights and losing it somewhat slower works better, than too fast, because the skin slowly accumulates. ive heard coco butter every night helps and well while losing the body-fat

If you lost 75 pounds there is a good chance you will have lose skin. That is a lot of weight to lose. There are ways for it to tighten up:
1) With time, and especially at your age your skin should tighten back up SOME POSSIBLY
2) Gaining muscle mass to fill out the area (however if the skin is really lose this will be negligible to nothing in terms of making a difference)
3) Surgery
I would talk to your doctor and see what he/she says.Exercise Physiologist
