BRB sport vs. pageant
BRB the powerlifter is the better athlete
BRB the powerlifter will have a much easier time looking aesthetic than a bodybuilder would being strong
BRB actually being really strong rather than just looking like it
BRB objective vs. subjective
BRB you can succeed natty in powerlifting but never in hell would you get anywhere in natty bodybuilding
Who's mad now?

Been lifting for 2 years and found myself starting to get into powerlifting, bodybuilding is so gay the sole purpose is to look good and i get some people just want that or as a release in the gym.But the adrenaline i get from getting from getting a PR is amazing, and knowing that i could get that feeling every month, makes me want to run to the gym. A man should be big and strong, cutting natty is just going to make you look a little better then some abercrombie model not worth it. I want to eat like a man should and be strong.
real alpha's

In this situation it's your diet mainly.
Powerlifters are usually those beer belly gut *******s who don't work on legs and will eventually become cornballs on tooth picks.
Makes no sense when your upper body is stronger than your lower body when you don't walk on your hands.
brb trying to bench 600lbs but sloppy body and overweight as phuk
brb chicken legs with Karl Malone upper body.
Bodybuilders tend to work on every aspect of their body.
Tone gluts, legs, calves, biceps, triceps, shoulders, abs, etc.
They want to tone everything while being strong as well.
Makes no sense you can bench 500 but look like snorlax.
Sloots won't be impressed.Last edited by saintHoop; 02-19-2014 at 04:56 PM. Reason: Phaggots still think this is a srs post LOL, jimmies were definitely rustled on this day.

There will be a huge divide by posting this. I have personally competed in both and feel there are great benefits from both. I currently focus on BBing but I feel that BBing gave my the foundation I needed. Bigger muscles have the potential to be stronger muscles. I really like the BBing training but the people in the PL world and the PL competitions are more my speed. The support, the fact that everyone on the platform has been through the same grind and feel the same nerves...it's just a different road but both can do what they are really meant for; discover things about yourself, set some goals and have fun.
