Anyone actually enjoy these? I really wished I could eat these for the health benefits (omega 3, Vit D, Selenium) but fuark they taste terrible.
I just ditched a full can and tried drowning it in 2 TBSP of mayo and a heaping tsp of sriracha and still couldn't get it down without gagging. Would try putting on bread but I practice keto so no bread.
Tuna I can eat a can plain by itself so I don't really understand if its the texture or what. Do you have better luck with different varieties?

I love sardines, but the highest quality and by far best tasting are the Bristling type packed in olive oil. If it doesn't specify Bristling on the packaging, it could be any random small fish that's branded as sardine and could be gross. If you haven't tried this type you're doing it wrong.
I like to take an avocado and spread it onto a toasted low carb tortilla and put the sardines on that with some salt and pepper and eat it like a pizza. Delicious."Man cannot remake himself without suffering, for he is both the marble and the sculptor."
