Bench 100 3x5 then 115x2
Dumbbell row 50x20

So to answer your question cba to do the maths but maybe. Anyway theres quite a big difference between a 95kg bench and a 125kg bench whatever your bodyweight

And I will declare myself the weakest bench presser in here, my close grip weight is getting scarily close to my actual bench numbers and I can recover way quicker after close grip sets.

I'd say I probably have the weakest bench, I haven't BB bench in about 3 years. I've only used DBs and the gym's heaviest DBs are 34kg, I can do these for 10 reps with ease on incline, decline and flat.

im saying find a decent school i went from only driving a moped for 12 months to full licence in 3 lessons and it obviously worked as im still alive

actually after i said it logic out presses me, you do just luke the strongman pressed 160 at around 100kg and a few others have benched some decent weights although robbles is winning with the double bw bench
