4kg will likely help shift a bit more weight. Have no idea how some people stay reasonably light though with huge lifts - like people at my bodyweight shifting 200kg deadlifts etc.

Lost by a couple of tries to a semi-pro team, came on after 20 mins and played til the end which wasn't bad for a first game since 2012. Felt good getting hits in and a couple of runs but was a bit starved of the ball.

Also regarding BMKS 12 KG GAIN.

I dont think that's purely muscle, it could also be creatine effect and how much more pumped/water his muscles are able to store in there.

Lets say he genuinely got 12 kg LBM his pecs, back and shoulders would be a lot more defined.

I say he probably got like 1-3 kg MAX and the rest is water retention in the muscles.
