McMann seems cool in all her interviews - will watch this card on the off chance that she smacks Rousey off of her pedestal.

been waiting to see the rousey vs mcmann fight for a while now. mostly because of the fact that it's olympian vs olympian. the fight really sells itself, especially for the more dedicated mma fans who wanna see a bronze medalist judoka vs a silver medalist wrestler. the technical and strategic aspects to this fight are what makes it interesting. im rooting for mcmann because of my wrestling bias. and also because she's this sweet little angel who just happens to be jacked like a dude in her upper body, lol. kind of a weird contrast. i think her striking is better than rousey's. if i were sara, i'd try to keep the fight standing as much as possible and user her wrestling mainly for takedown defense. basically she needs to take the chuck lidell approach to this fight. rousey's jiu jitsu and armbar is what worries me. but if sara decides to take her down, she's gotta be really careful.

It will be a crappy buyrate. Why do you think the UFC signed a guy who was working at a coffee shop to replace a top 5 light heavyweight? They scrambled to keep Cormier on the card, because although he doesn't have much name recognition, his name will draw more buys than if he wasn't fighting. I've been saying it for weeks...170 won't break 150k buys. People care much less about Ronda than Dana thinks.

I'm not super excited for this card. I don't see Rousey losing anytime soon and Cormier will wipe the floor with Cummins. Maia vs McDonald could be good.

I'm really not looking forward to this card. I also wish Dana would stop acting like Rhonda is Lesnar. The recent remark he made about her being UFC's biggest draw ever loool wat ? I hope the card does bad purposely to show Dana no one cares about WMMA. I'm still gonna tune in because I enjoy mma but it's gonna be mostly background noise.
