carbs during bulking
so I am about to start a bulk and I thought I should just load up on carbs when I start it, but on the other hand I dont want to get fat and will still be doing some cardio to keep the fat down. so should I chow down on bagles or try and limit my carb intake?

Youre gonna gain some fat during your bulk. Im clean bulking, but every month or so ill have a pizza or costco hotdog. Then again i aint to worried about how much fat i gain b/c i can loose a ****load once i cut back to maitenance level and start doing cardio again. Just eat what you can.

I eat a lot of bread, potatoes, brown rice, cereal. I try to keep it even with my protein intake... as carbohydrates are just as important when trying to gain mass, after all they are your body's main source of energy.

You'll gain a lot of weight with a dirty bulk, well, hopefully. Since you'll be bulking up and doing some heavy compound lifting i assume you'll be getting pretty big in those first few weeks.
Just make sure you monitor your BF% so you don't get too fat.
