what the hell. what do you mean expect nothing? I am going from no compound exercises to practically exclusive and a huge change in diet. I was quite sure I was going to see big gains and I cut because when I bulk its a shock to the system taking in so many more calories.

[QUOTE=Tazi;23178741 what results I should be looking for within the first few weeks of bulking[/QUOTE]
You should be looking for gains in how much you can lift, and increase in size. Note that these probably won't be porportional. Judging by how your already pretty skinny I would expect you to make gains in strength more often than gains in size.
Oh yeah and depending on how dedicated you are to bulking and how much your actually eating a loss of intrest in food.

That's because cutting down to 132 pounds is wasting away to nothingness.

yeah, for being on a cut and only weighing roughly 130lbs, benching 170 is pretty good.
You guys are lame, "expect nothing" wtf? Why do people post bull**** on here just to be a ****ing *******. He'll obviuosly see noob gains for a few weeks and gain a good bit of weight and strength during his initial bulk process.
