    Uneven chest help :(

    Hey i have an uneven chest. Which in other words, my left chest has more muscle than my right chest. ESPECIALLY the upper pecs. My left upper pec really pops out, unlike my other one, its barely even noticeable.

    They will even out over time, if it really bothers you, dumbbell presses could help

    Your working one side more than the other. I personally only use the barbell for flat bench. I dumbbell press for incline. Make sure your complete work out is symmetrical.

    I have the same problem.Try incline dumbbell press and have somebody spot for you.
