I just had to go out and buy some new jimmies because the others had been rustled to tatters.

ALL this bish does is sit on her iPad for 12 hours and look up horses. All she does is talk to everyone about her stupid horses. I feel fckin sorry for them that they have to carry this land whale around on their backs.

Her back story;

She was originally at another refinery before being transferred. She was on the only female on her crew, the guys accepted her and started talking to her like she was one of the guys.. BIG MISTAKE! She reported them all for harrassment and they had their asses handed to them by management. (my company has an extreme equality bullsht) The crew got to the point where they were scared to say ANYTHING to her at all. So thats what they did, they said nothing to her. BIG MISTAKE! she reported them all again for not including her and singling her out.

She asks for a transfer to another, nicer refinery (mine). She gets it of course...

Now she's here at our refinery, sits in the crib room, 11 hours a day on her iPad. We call her out on being a lazy bich, "Um dont HARRASS me" She then goes to management and says "i feel like im being picked on". We get our asses reemed (it doesnt help that our supervisor manager is also a female and a total bish always siding with her).

We now have to order the smallest fcking hammers because SHE cant use the bigger ones. Making our jobs 100% fckin harder.

Massively rustled today. story: My company's policy is when you get injured, you report it THEN AND THERE straight away. So she goes to management and reports a shoulder injury that she got 2 days before. The manager calls her out on why the fck she didnt report it on the day.

and what does she say?

"I felt victimized by my crew because they didnt want me to have injury"

we all got ass reamed AGAIN.

Has the crew gone as a group to management and let them know that she is bringing morale down and therefore production is being affected? Have a chit load of examples ready, including you guys having to walk on egg shells etc... Lmao this is poverty compared to what I experience OP.

I work in an office with 80% women. All day this is what I hear/see around me:

- 'aww is he hot?' (Whenever a male is mentioned that they haven't seen, even male clients)
- heel tall constantly. Comparing stilettos in the work place occurs daily
- constantly talking about girly **** including men, weddings, babies, shoes
- talking and not working 90% of the day

One girl leaves the area and like vultures they sweep in and insult her about something. One woman was called a 'nazi bitch' directly to her face and all the other females laughed along as a 'joke' and there was nothing she could do. She looked devastated. If you don't join in on the bitching they turn against you as they believe you aren't supporting them.

I'm on my phone so I can't be fked to write much more but rest assured you have it easy compared to me. They are like grown children and their insecurities and self esteem make the typical Miscer look like a strong, confident individual, which is saying something.

Edit: just the other day a girl called a fat woman here a walrus. Was there consequences? Nope. They are like children in that they have no social awareness or self control and they NEED a man to lay the law down on them because most of them have no professionalism.
