    Is it safe for me to take IGF-1?

    I have been reading about it for a while. I dont know too much about it, but I'm still researching.Is it safe for me to try a spray bottle of IGF- 1? Does it actually even do anything? Im reading mixed reviews.

    Im 20, 187lbs, 5'10".

    Presuming you're referring to the Deer Antler sprays that supposedly increase IGF-1 levels, then no they're not worthwhile.
