Please view the footage from point 3.00s onwards the athlete you are talking about looks world class in every way and is much more humble than Heath despite being much wider. He even takes the time to shake Rhoden's hand prior to becoming a multiple world #3.

The "age" factor is relative, it's really up to genetics and how he takes care of his body.

Rhoden and Kai are both 38 and they're still growing, for example.

Will Ced have "enough time", I believe that he still has the time, but at the rate he's improving, maybe not for the 2014 Mr.O but I can see it as a plausible scenario in 2 years.

As he himself said, he feels as if his body is still young. His yearly progress is still there, and he trains and trens smart.
I would also say he has the ageless black genetics on his side, he will be like a Dexter or Nubret, always jacked.
