Im currently cutting down for spring break. I've been aiming at around 70g fat, 200g protein with the rest carbs. I end up eating so cleanly in the day, i.e. chicken and rice / eggs and oats, that I end up low on fat and carbs by night. Now as much as I would leave to eat a big bowl of ice cream every night there has to be better foods high in fat / carbs that I can eat late at night that wouldn't set me back from my goals. Anyone have any suggestions on high fat / carb foods for the evening hours?

maybe cut down on the protein which will allow more fat to fit under your calorie goal?
But for high fat food suggestions: peanut butter, whole milk, nuts, avacadosMy one year weight loss thread with pics- http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=161271323

If you're satisfying your micronutrient needs throughout the day then honestly I'd say go ahead and have that bowl of ice cream or whatever you want that fits your macros. It's not going to make much of a difference based on what you eat if it gets you to your daily goals (assuming your macro targets are correct for you and what you are trying to achieve). IIFYM all the way

I FEEL YOUR PAIN! I am in the exact same situation, I'm trying to hit 60-70g of fat and I find it hard because I'm so focused on eating clean! But what I find works for me is just like kmoff said, I'll add 1/2 an avocado to my salad cut up or put a tbsp of pb on my sweet potato (DELISH). Raw unsalted almonds also make a great snack or are good in oatmeal. Sometimes I add 1 tbsp of virgin coconut oil to my oats, some studies show that it helps facilitate weight loss. Good luck!

Let me make this simple for ya.
Step 1) grab knife, peanut butter, a tablespoon and some whole wheat bread.
Step 2) Scoop out peanut butter using tablespoon for as much fat as you need.
Step 3) take knife and spread evenly over said bread.
Step 4) Feel free to add in jelly, bananas, etc. to get more carbs if desired toward reaching your daily calories.
Step 5) Eat and enjoy that calorie bomb.

No Fake No Bake Oatmeal Bars:
2 Tbsp of natural peanut butter
1 Cup of blended old fashioned oats
2 Tbsp of melted coconut oil
2 Tbsp of Honey
Mix all together, place on some plastic wrap, form into a bar and place that thing in the fridge to harden for a bit. This goes perfect to settle them cravings along with getting your fats/carbs in.

Eating chicken, rice, eggs and oats all day isn't eating clean, it's eating retarded. Eat a meat with some fat content in it instead of contributing to the bros of the world that are trying to make the chicken go extinct. As delicious as ice cream, peanut butter and nuts are, it's not exactly so difficult to hit 70g fat/day that you need to resort to such calorie bombs (you're more than welcome to if you'd like). Bacon, cheese, more whole eggs. Not eating so much protein would also open the door for more calories from fat as well.
