can confirm friend went on it and got ripped/abs but lost quite a bit of weight about 5-7 pounds in a week. his heart was beating like crazy.

I was driving back from the gym and I was a little light headed. I'm driving along back home and stop at a stop light and then the next thing I know I'm turning into my neighborhood which was still a good 10 min of driving time away, was scary.
