The hot tub pic is the size I was before I started working out. About 130. I'm currently 160 and I feel much stronger and wider.
Really in need of picking up more weight.
Chest is small still but has developed a lot compared to what it was.
Just glad to have gained a little weight and strength.
Any estimates for bf% on current pics?

Wow. You did good work on your bulk. Hardly any noticable fat gains compared to the amount of muscle you put on. Great work.
How long were you bulking? How many days were you training? How many calories were you eating at compared to your TDEE? Just curious since I am bulking atm taking notes on other peoples bulks.Strive to be the better self that one could possibly be.

That was a darn good bulking period man, if anything it appears you lost body-fat from filling out your musculature. Either way, you did a great job! Keep doing what you are doing! Stay motivated and consistent. Cheers!
