    Height & bodyfat

    someone who's 6ft 18% vs someone my height (5"5.5) 18% will the 18% differ in the visual aspect? if that makes sense.

    Do you mean will the visual amount of fat be different, as in more on one and less on the other?

    It won't. The # itself---say 18%----means 18% of THAT PERSON'S total weight is fat, and the rest blood, bone, mass, hair, etc. if there is a big height difference in height between 2
    People, the actually amount of fat will probably be different, but the visual amount will be more similar than not.

    discdoggie is right in one sense, but the other half of this answer is that it depends what the composition of the rest of the 82% is. Muscle (and muslce tissue) makes up 25-45% of other mass, and if someone is 18% BF with 30% LBM vs. 18% fat with 40% LBM, there will be a significant visual difference.
