I've gone from about 150-155 to 170-175 so far in about 6 months. i've decided to stick it out to 200. now i'm upping my cals by 200 to get 3500/day. yes, many times i feel like puking after eating large meals, still. and even when im not training, on weekends when im supposed to be relaxing, food just isn't as fun to eat anymore. when im pretty full (which is pretty much all the time now) the thought and smell of food is gross, and makes me want to puke. im not all that hungry in the mornings or noontime anymore. what ive been doing is getting 1000 cals through the day between breakfast and school lunch and then having what i call a "final boss meal" at night, when i can muster the hunger. maybe im just making this thread because im in pain from my 1500 calorie final boss i had like 20 minutes ago, but still...
does anyone else have this problem?

If possible, try splitting your final calories into two smaller meals at the end of the night.

im eating a mix of clean and dirty foods. lots of chicken, steak, eggs, milk that stuff. i drink a chitload of whole milk to fill like 300 cals in a pinch often. also microwave stuff and snacks sometimes to fill calories if theres nothing around. i never thought of adding oil to my stuff though, thank you

I had the same problem as you for quite a while. I'm not someone who's ever had a huge appetite, so I tried lots of ways to get all my calories in. It was really just a matter of experimenting for me, I'm on about 4 meals a day now in order to comfortably get everything in, but I tried everything from 3-7.
Try more fats as was stated above. I'd say also try not too fill up too much before a workout, theres the obvious reasons, but I also find the hunger you develop from a good workout leads to the best opportunity to et a good chunk of calories in. Have you ever tried weight gainer?
If you struggle to get it all in, it's never going to be a breeze, but if you keep trying you should hopefully find a manageable way to get it all in without feeling ****ty.
