Casein protein sucks

So my mom went to rite aid to get my whey tody an she brings back GNC pro performance 100% casein protein. I didn't really mind so I didn't tell her to switch them up. I regret that now. It tastes disgusting and comes out in a pudding like form when you mix it with milk. No matter how much I added the consistency stayed the same. Now I feel like I'm gonna vomit. This sucks.

I've read that and before lifting. I don't really care. I don't know how I'm gonna use this crap for a month. It's disgusting. Y'all know any easier ways to get it down? Mixing with a bunch of milk is not gonna work.

blend it in a blender?! Add some ice for a crunch more palatable

You don't need casein before bed. It have any special benefits to any other protein.

What flavor is it? Try mixing it with a smaller amount of milk, in a bowl, stirring with a spoon. Just use enough to make into a pudding. Then you can add fruit, cereal, etc..

I've always found that milk makes it more like a milkshake which is good if you want it to fill you up for longer. I usually just use water with my protein when I want to down it quick, give it a shot.

My first protein powder was a mix of whey and casein etc. I found it easier to down with a bit of heated water, do you mix it with a shaker?

I do that with whey alot because i love mint chocolate chip ice cream. Ill try it with this casein too.

I had a similar bad experience with some chocolate ON casein, I mixed it with peanut butter to kill the taste.

Next time you're looking for Casein try the Dymatize Cinnamon Bun...so much better than any other casein.
