bench- up 50 lbs
squat- up 90 lbs
deadlift- up 80 lbs
overhead lifts- up 10-20 lbs
bb row- up 50 lbs
hammer curls- 30s bad form - 45s strict

no pics of legs atm, might take one over the weekend.
I'm really going to walk the walk on my cut this time. i highly regret not going to 10% before bulking. over this bulk, and ever since i started lifting, i had some ego problems and used lots of bad form which fuked me up pretty bad. i fully admit that and accept any ridicule for it. all corrected now, but i'm an idiot for spinning wheels half my bulk. i will not post what my lifts are, just the increases above. that is with proper form.
So.. did i fail, or was I moderately successful?

little fat gain? just look at my chest dude...i feel like yeah, if i go to 200 i'll be strong and get some mass but i won't even look like a human being anymore. the way my body holds fat is just.....very displeasing.
maybe to 185 or 190?

thanks. i thought 5-6 months would have been enough, but the more i think about it the more i realized i'll only look marginally better after the cut if i do it now..
