    It depends on depth and stance.

    Recently did 325x5 ATG, no belt, no wraps. This week I did 335 for an easy 8 with belt + wraps as my last set. PR is 355x5 ATG belt only. I think most I've done low bar is 375x5 belt only.

    245x5 was my last PR in December before I injured my SI joint. I've never really been consistent with squats even when I was able to do them. I still lunge regularly though and just by looking at my quads I can tell that it still pays off
