I started powerlifting exactly May 2013. Which was around 8 or 9 months ago. These are all GEARED lifts, i'm using a suit a coach gave me which was made for a 93kg weight class but i'm at the 83kg so the suit was loose as hell.
I'm thinking that my lifts are near-raw because of that.
Starting lifts were as follows:
Bench = 215 lbs
Squat = 235 lbs
Deadlift = 305 lbs
New PRs (with knee wraps)
Bench = 255 lbs
Squat = 385 lbs
Deadlift = 429 lbs
THOSE ARE THE LIFTS FOR ME -- JUSTIN
Clark, the co-channel owner's lifts are:
Bench = 308 lbs
Squat = 585 lbs
Deadlift = 566 lbs
He's been powerlifting for 5 years (on/off due to injuries)

That's pretty much my progress, can't wait to post another progress video next year. This time, I hope I can beat those lifts and hit a 500 lbs deadlift RAW.
