    So what's the consensus on the macro reset?

    By macro reset, I mean right at the stroke of midnight, everything else you consume is added to the next day's totals.

    Ridiculous. A day's calories are when I wake up until when I go to sleep. The only way sleep to sleep method doesn't make sense is if you don't sleep once per day.

    It makes no difference as long as you're consistent. I personally do from when I wake up to when I sleep, but the consistency is what matters, because either way you are sticking to your daily macros. In this case, we are just defining where your day starts/ends differently.

    In the long run it really doesn't matter, right, whatever works for you. I just wouldn't mess with my sleep to eat that's all. If your goal is to eat 3000 cals a day and you do eat 3000 cals a day then what difference does it make if you eat that say right at midnight and fit it into your next day. In the long haul (what matters) say after a week both ways would get you 21000 calories in my example so what does it matter. I just once again wouldn't risk sleep to eat though.

    I usually don't sleep until 1 or 2. But I agree on all points.
