**************JOESWAT, THE ORIGINAL JUGGERNAUT **************************
JUGGERNAUT TIP!!
Effective weight training depends on proper technique.
Proper form is essential for success when training for anything from
general fitness to sports events and/or competitions. It is the quality
of training and not the quantity that influences your progress, Time
under tension, angle of movement, range of motion, skills/techniques
and many other factors all contribute to a particular resistance
training session. It is important to understand the proper mechanics of
training to get the most benefit from your routines.

Day 66!
Back from the dead!! Well, I've been away so long it feels like it...I just want everybody to know that I appreciate the well wishes and encouragement. I've read all the posts and can't tell you what it means to me. I've been able to stay consistent with my workouts and meal plans but not able to post. It's nothing serious in terms of health. As soon as I recovered from being sick I had to move to a new place...my roommate and I decided to start cutting the cord with a lot of things in our old apt and cable/internet were the first things to go so we wouldn't be distracted and could focus on the move. Little by little we moved to the new place and just got internet back. I've been able to keep up with Leah on IG along with a couple others (including the Infinite Labs page), but the BB.com app is so frustrating. As far the Juggernaut challenge is concerned, I feel that being so inconsistent over the last couple of weeks should be a huge negative against me. There are no excuses...in all likelihood, I probably could've found a way to post somehow, maybe staying a little later at work and using the public comps to post or something.
I'm writing this as I get ready to go to the gym to train with some buddies. Over the last 2 weeks I've been able to set-up a schedule with a few friends to lift with consistently so that should help with getting back to a routine. If you guys are like me, a routine is everything! Tonight we're going to work on our chesticles! I'll post the workout later since we usually come up with the routine there...we have an idea on what we're going to hit ahead of time along with the sets and rep count, but we usually add things throughout the workout just because we get a little hype working out together!
The meals are still the same...some days I'll add a little more carbs, others I'll go low carbs and up the fats. Today:
Meal 1 - 1/4 cup cream of rice / 1 cup of egg whites / couple scoops of Bear Naked granola
Meal 2 - 8 oz swai / broccoli
Meal 3 - Quest bar
Meal 4 - 8 oz swai / broccoli / couple scoops of Bear Naked granola
Meal 5 - 2 scoops of protein / G2 Gatorade
Meal 6 - 6 oz salmon / asparagus
Meal 7 - 1/2 cup of egg whites / 1 whole egg
Supps
IL PB Cookie
IL Multi

I totally understand what you mean about routine...I can certainly be flexible, and hey, things happen, but on a regular basis I love to have a regular daily/weekly schedule and routine. Now that you are feeling better and have finished your move I am sure you will be back into a normal routine very quickly! Great nutrition! I love Cream of Rice and use is as one of regular carb sources! Keep up the great work!

Sorry I haven't been here in a while, but I'm glad to read you are doing better and from the looks of things, you have been doing great. Finding like minded people is so hard, but once you get organized with them it's fantastic, it's amazing how much more you can push with a partner watching your back and keeping you on pace.

Day 68
Today I had planned on doing a double with cardio at midday and then boulders for shoulders after work. My training partners had something come up last minute and a friend invited me out to a game tonight so I'm nixing the shoulder workout to hang with my friend. I did get the cardio in which was really basic...walking on the treadmill at a max incline for 25 mins. The machine said I burned off 370 calories so I'm happy!
Tomorrow I'll be up early and at the gym to tackle legs...pray for me!!!Let's get it! 90 Day Challenge first...lifestyle after!
