Best Pro Events You've Been To?

What are the best pro events you've been to?

From the Olympia and Arnold to events from the past like the Ironman and San Francisco Grand Prix, what are the best events you've attended?

How many shows do you get to each year?

Only one I've ever been to was really the 2010 Hartford Europa.

I remember walking into Darrem Charles and thinking "Damn he has a big f*cking head" it was awesome though especially since I was only a year into following the sport

Ironman 08 and the show that replaced the ironman in LA when Evan won. Also saw the nationals in Long Beach one year. Haven't traveled yet. Would love to go to a Mr. O.

Went to the Olympia last and headed to the Arnold this year. I've heard the expo at the Arnold is better than the Olympia. I guess we'll see.

2011 Olympia the finals show, not the expo though, 2013 was better, and even then isn't anything great

I've been to 6 or 7 Olympias, there really is nothing like the excitement of the crowd during the evening show. It really is unique. They kind of blur together to me a bit, but I do remember enjoying the 2005 Mr. O. This was the second year of the Challenge Round and although I thought it was stupid (and so did everyone else) I just remember thinking it was cool that Gustavo Badell won. And Gunter was a HUGE crowd favorite that year.

I miss the old Ironman pro in Pasadena. It was famous for its great lighting and all the pros wanted shots published from the event. But it was also just a great venue for spectators.

I was sad to see the Flex Pro go away. For one thing, it is a disgrace that Los Angeles - the mecca of bodybuilding - doesn't host a pro event. The Flex Pro wasn't in a great auditorium, but it was near the beach and had decent staging. I think it could have grown into something really special.
