I have been moving iron since I was a teenager but finally taking it to the next level now. I have tried many supplements and tried many training programs in my 20 years of working out. I really enjoy talking fitness or anything related to it.
On a cut currently and gonna start at 2,500 cals with high carbs med protein n fat. Gonna get to 215 they decide from there were I'm going. Currently sitting at 240 ish. I take many supps that I will log daily what I use. Doing a PPL routine were I go heavy first half of week then high reps second half. May take one rest day or do cardio that day.

Leg day tomorrow will update it then - gym after dentist gonna be good lol50% of my posts are 100% factual

Got a good shoulder session in considering I did keep things minimal after slight tweak in shoulder last night.
