@GN I can't remember the last time I actually done seated rows and, aye, it's more than I'm used to but I think physique wise it will work wonders.
I'm doing a Yates style barbell row.
I will do mate. All I'm concerned about is building muscle and still getting stronger in the compounds. A wee physique update lads.
I'm sitting at 85.5kg currently @ 12.8%bf apparently. I started my cut at 94kg which has been my second bulk so far.
Still cutting and the aim is 8% body fat at the end of my cut.
