    haha i was meant to do intensity day but i was trining wigth a mate so switched it up.

    usually VD takes 2 and a half hours

    @GN I can't remember the last time I actually done seated rows and, aye, it's more than I'm used to but I think physique wise it will work wonders.

    I'm doing a Yates style barbell row.

    I will do mate. All I'm concerned about is building muscle and still getting stronger in the compounds. I'm still sticking to my foundation with this routine as all the compounds are still within the strength range and accessories are 8-12 reps.

    I'm sitting at 85.5kg currently @ 12.8%bf apparently. I started my cut at 94kg which has been my second bulk so far.

    Still cutting and the aim is 8% body fat at the end of my cut.
