On V-Day we didn't do much as I had to work nights but I surprised her with breakfast; blueberry protein pancakes, turkey bacon and a fresh fruit smoothie. The 21st was our 3 year anniversary. So I got us a room in Atlantic City for the night and made reservations at an authentic Italian restaurant and let her gamble away some of my money (she didn't win me any in return :/ ). I always do little things for her and try to help her out in anyway possible. She just got her Bachelors Degree and started Grad School a month ago so her free time is usually consumed by school work or her part time job and I work shift work (police) so when we do get free time I like to make the most of it.

Well, my girlfriend is a dietician, and I'm an athlete. She helps me with my caloric intake! (down 40 pounds in 3 months) And I help her with working out!

How do you do right by your significant other/spouse?
Respect each other and I always try and do extra things as help clean, honey so lists, take her out to lunch or dinner as I know she is tired and works hard as well, take her out shopping or just do things together as a team. Well, my girlfriend and I have been dating since our senior year of highschool, in our third year of college now. We go to seperate colleges and before she went to a college that was 2 hours away, She would come home every other week and I would go see her every other week so we would get a good twice a month going so it makes it fair enough that way we can see eachother for a good amount when we do then also focus on homework. She graduated from that school and moved onto a school now 3 hours away. luckly its just an hour down from where she use to go to school so I am pretty much able to take the same road when I visit. Seeing her is rocky now. She is at a more technical school and I am done with school and picked up work. We see each other sometimes twice a a month again or sometimes once a month with her studying for school and my work schedule it all has to work out. In mid march I am going to take a week off of school to go see her and apply around more in my field (art). She came down for V-day and her birthday which is a week before so I was able to enjoy time with her... but only for a day because a snow storm was about to come through so she got sent back a day early.
So now im pounding the weights hard for a few weeks before seeing her then returning for a little more bulking then cutting. Lets get it.

Got my package as well and big Thanks to Honey Stinger for being so generous the taste of these are awesome as all the flavors are great. Great tasting with all the extra's. Definitely a fan of these and will enjoy the in between meals or before I hit the gym.
