Initial impressions

Today was shoulders.

Workout:
4 sets alternating db presses
4 sets BB presses
4 sets seated side raises
3 sets (superset) machine raises and db front raises
3 sets (superset) rear delts one arm reverse cable fly and rope pulls

Taste 7/10
Today I used 1 and 3/4 scoops in about 12 oz of water. Very mild watermelon taste. Will play around with water amounts and update if I notice a difference

Focus n/a
Don't want to comment yet cause I was sort of out-of-it today and would like to get a few more uses

Pump 10/10
No surprise here. Caught a great pump quick, but wasn't to the point were I felt it hindered my workout

Profile 9/10
Very solid profile that covers all the basics one could ask for in a pre. Not the biggest fan of creatine in a pre but understand why it's in there and it is not a deal breaker for me

Mixability 10/10
No issues here

First impression grade : 8/10
2 scoops is most likely going to be my sweet spot so I can see this going up as I continue use. Very solid product, no jitters and a great pump but I like a pre with more focus. As stated above I was a little out of it today so that is most likely why the focus didn't seem to be there. I will update focus again after a few uses

Would love to see how it goes over the next few uses --- my first workout I didnt feel like it was helping me "that" much... my second workout, bis tris and shoulders, was literally one of the best pumps i've ever experienced!

Will be taking 2 scoops the next couple days and will keep everyone posted. Back today then the real test hamstrings tomorrow. Just started a new split and separating quads/hams for the first time. Legs are still shot from quads so interested to see if superpump gives me that extra edge

Alright time for a update!! Due to crazy weather here I had to miss a workout day earlier so wanted to get in a few more lifts with SuperPump before commenting again..

Taste- same
Even after playing with the dosage it still doesn't taste that good but I'm more worried about performance oppose to taste

Focus 7.25/10
This and energy are what I look for most in a pre. Although I've noticed much more focus than my first use it's still not were I'd like it to be for a pre. But the product is called super pump and not super focus so I understand that focus wasn't the main concern with this pre

Dosage: 2 scoops is definetly my sweet spot

Today's arm workout
-Superset ez bar preacher curls with tri push downs X 4

- some bicep machine one armed ( no idea what it's called) with dips x 4

- one arm dumbell curls with overhead extensions x 4

- one armed laying curls with 8 second hold on last rep X 2

- close grip incline x 2

Pump was there today For sure but it usually is on arm day. Towards the end my viens were much more noticeable then usual

Overall thoughts: this product does exactly what it's suppose to do and gives you a pump.. Energy is nice and jitter free but would expect a tad bit more with 400 mg caffeine. Focus isn't were id like it to be but once again I understand why it isn't. Overall this is a really good product and a must try for any pump junkie!

Once again thanks to gaspari for sending me out a tub of Superpump 3.0.

This is a very solid pre workout that delivers. Proven ingredients at a great dose and provides lasting energy. Like stated earlier ITT I wish it gave a better mental edge but I know that wasn't the main focus. I let my roommates try this and had to protect the rest of my tub they liked it so much.

Final rating 8.25/10
After a couple uses the pump and energy I received from this product were more profound. The taste never really grew on me but this isn't a deal breaker. This is a product I would defiantly recommend for any pump junkie or someone looking for an extra kick in the gym. Great job Gaspari!
