5'6 3/4 142 lbs 11% bf
All cold
Chest: 36'
Biceps: 13.5-14'
Waist: 27-28'
Thighs: 20.5-21'
Calves: 13' (I hate my calves)
I would put lifts but the only max lift I know at the moment is 240lb bench. That was some time ago though when I was weighing 136 I'm sure I could hit 250 now.
I badly want to cut down 7-8% to see how I'd look after I get to my goal of 145 or 150. But I've gotten feedback that I don't have enough mass to go down that low and that I should keep bulking. Which getting tiresome, small stomach and fast metabolism so eating 3500+ calories a day kind of sucks.
What do you all think? Pics can be posted if needed.

Well pics would definitely make it easier to make a suggestion. But I would definitely suggest you continue bulking. I know it sucks but if you want to look good after a cut you have to put on a good amount of muscle (im in the same boat man!) Hope this helps! Good luck man!

Back pumped and full body relaxed.
I've concluded I'm still going to continue to bulk for about 6 weeks. Hopefully I can hit 150 by then and get ready for that summer sun shredding.
