are they worth the 90?
Are they better than the blue rehbands?

i have both rehbands and SBDs. SBDs are far superior IMO. thicker, longer (good for me with long legs, big knee joints), no homo.
i train using both. usually train my lighter rep weeks with the rehbands and the heavy weeks with SBDs.529/380/650 (1560@293 raw)

The maximum specifications for knee sleeves are: 30cm length and 7mm thickness. SBD are both. Rehbands are 7mm thick, but not 30cm long (27mm IIRC). They're also not made out of the same material. The SBD material is stronger. Rehband doesn't offer as many sizes, either. This makes it harder to get a competition fit and actually get any carryover from your sleeves. For people who want poundage, SBDs are superior. Rehbands, on the other hand, are actually designed for therapeutic use.
And Tommy Konos are pieces of ****. But you get what you pay for.www.PowerliftingToWin.com

Mine have stretched a bit--they're not as difficult to put on as when I first got them a few months ago but they're still very tight.
I ordered them two sizes smaller than normal fit (so, one size smaller than tight fit), and at first I needed shopping bags to get them past my calves when putting them on. I don't need bags to get them on anymore, but it still takes a few good shoves to get them off.1097 @ 161: http://youtu.be/zc9PkemUmHs

I just got my new SBD knee sleeves. They are incredible!
However, I have a concern: I squat everyday. Do you think it's worth buying another knee sleeve (like Rehband) for regular use and save SBD for heavy squat days and meets or can I use SBD everyday? Will they last forever with everyday use?
I mean: if I could afford both Rehband and SBD, do you it's worth having both or only SBD is enough?
Thank you very much guys!
