Why don't you keep the powder in the shaker cup and then fill it with water when your ready to use it?

No need to take a protein shake immediately after your workout

Now if you MUST, maybe consider a protein bar or a RTD?

Why not just go home and eat a meal? Why do you feel you need a protein shake right after your workout OP?
you do realize your pre-workout meal is still digesting into the post-workout period and that if you use a BCAA intra-workout aminos will still be present and protein levels will need time to reach refractory stages before being spiked again.

You can mix protein in a water bottle and toss it after your workout.

    Problem solved.

ok so say op can't go home and make a meal or is hooked into dat broscience enough to have to hit his 10 min anabolic window….. does your school not have running water/washrooms with a sink that you can rinse it out it….? strong feeling you just wanted to say you workout at school and want to be cool drinking your shakes. try bringing 6oz chicken in a container some broccoli and carbs if it fits your macros. aka ditch the supps

This is what I do. The bottle can easily be disposed and it saves you from having to worry about your shaker cup smelling. You don't need a shake directly after working out though OP, if you're going home soon after your workout you can just have a nice post workout meal.

Sometimes at work I'll just bring my shaker with the powder in it and then add my liquid when I'm ready for my workout.

I just keep my protein in a small tupperware container. If I dont have a shake going I will just drink water out of it all day. It essentially cleans itself after that anyways.

I don't understand why people complain about stinky shaker cups. Do you not wash it? I've never had this problem, and mine sit in a cooler all day after I drink my shake.
