It's always good to write out your accomplishments and reflect on how far you've come.
Often times we get so in our own heads that we're not pushing hard/fast/consistently enough, but compared to the average person.....
What did you guys get done in 2014?

Sup guys.
Just an update on my self improvement journey.
I recently got into medical school. After all the hard work and MCAT I have finally been accepted. You'd think I'd be jumping up and down but I didn't. I actually got semi-depressed. I thought about the debt that I would rake up, I thought about how I'd leave my family and will not see them as much, I thought about how scary the journey would be. Then I realized life is about experiencing new things, and that if I don't go to school I will always regret it.
As for the debt, I have 9 months before school starts. I decided to pick up a new skill. I decided to get my A+ certification for the IT field. I plan on getting acquainted with healthcare IT these next couple of months. That way if I wake up one day, whether it be 2nd or 3rd year of med school and realize it's not for me, I have a safety net. I have a back up plan out of debt if it comes to that.SwiftRick is a fictional character

Managed to pass level one of the PGA PGM program, basically a course club pros go through, there's 3 levels so one down two to go. Also planning on reading at least 5 books this year, which is a lot for me but it's hard finding the time as I want to finish the PGA course ASAP.

Schedule your days, it'll greatly help.
Calculate EXACTLY how many free hours you have per week and allocate them accordingly.
We can maximize our time if we so choose.

Thank you!
I just bought the A+ Certification book ($32) and have been self studying. I plan on taking the exam in about a month. I figured itd be better than taking a class. I can go at a faster rate since I work 12's mon-wed, then have thurs - sun off. I plan on studying for 6 hours on my days off. I'm treating it like the MCAT.

Came to a realization. This is for the "too nice" brahs.
I considered myself "too nice" but in reality I was just too weak to say "no" to things I did not want. For the longest time, I rationalized that I didn't want to hurt peoples feelings by saying "no" but in reality I was just too weak to stand up for myself. Being too nice got me to place filled with too much anxiety and self loathing.
Things are going to change. Step by step.
So for you brahs that are "too nice". Ask yourself, are you just too nice or just too weak to say "no"SwiftRick is a fictional character

This is just what I have been looking for. I have so many ways to improve - from a personality/morality perspective, in the way that I treat others, being mindful of other peoples' needs/feelings, and, of course, fitness-wise.
Looking forward to talking with you all.
How are you doing?
