Whey, egg whites, veg and PB make up 90% of my diet. Not hard to hit the macros this way.

It's not that I worry about saturated fat at all, it's just a matter of taste and personal preference. I'd rather get my fats from nut butters and protein from whey and egg whites.

Before Jennifer and I visited the Coba pyramids we had a chance to do some repelling and zip lining through the Yucatan jungle:

During that same vacation we attending a bull fight in Cancun. Admittedly the first kill was a little disturbing, but by the end of the night with all the cheering fans and the bands playing I found myself drawn into the event.

Thanks Clement, I agree. Jennifer and I are blessed to have experienced all of these things.

I'm with you on the parachuting. Never would I willingly jump out of a plane. But I would try indoor skydiving though.

One of these places just opened recently near Toronto.

You look leaner/harder every set of pics.
Seems without Marc you are doing better, Going to just keep working with yourself or looking at other coaches?
That's nice of you to say, but unfortunately I've added some body fat since I've bumped up the calories; most noticeably in the stomach and lower back areas. Overall I have lost conditioning. I was much leaner 4 weeks ago.

I've wanted a tattoo forever, just never pulled the trigger. I really took my time in finding the right image and the right artist. I think this one really turned out well.

Time for more vacation shots. Back to Olympia:

I'm glad you're enjoying them. It's bringing back good memories for me. We did most of our travelling in the years 6-0 BC (Before Children).

You're young Bob, you'll have your chance. Just start saving your pennies...

That's only because you were busy writing out your training plan and devising new brownie recipes....lol.

Let's go now to Ephesus, Turkey. This is the site of an ancient Greek city, home of The Temple of Artemis (one of the Ancient Wonders of the World). Unfortunately it's been totally destroyed.

    The Library of Celsus

    The Temple of Hadrian

    The massive Amphitheatre

    And ancient communal toilets, lol.
